My name is Myranda, I am a tech recruiter by training and people geek by choice. I have worked both agency and internal recruitment, growing into executive roles encompassing the entire people space, across North America, APAC and Europe.

Fortunate enough to work with some amazing leaders in my time, and equally fortunate to work with some not-so-amazing ones, I have seen excellence, challenge, success and work-in-progresses. This experience has allowed me to recognize not only how imperative it is to invest early in the people function, but also that we need to approach it differently than the traditional FTE role.
